The industrial trolley oven adopts the cart type feeding and discharging method, which is suitable for the automatic feeding and discharging of large quantities of workpieces.
1. Adopting intelligent program temperature controller to control the temperature, PID parameter self-tuning, solid state relay to regulate the power, non-contact continuous adjustment, automatically completes the whole process of drying technology, can meet the requirements of any curing curve, easy to operate, reliable performance.
2. In the range of process temperature, realize the function of automatic exhausting at regular intervals (optional according to the requirements of users).
3. Optional paper-walking recorder, printing record or paperless recorder to monitor the whole process and analyze the drying and curing results.
4. According to the different placement of the baked products, choose the reasonable hot air circulation mode to make the temperature in the working chamber more uniform, and the effect of coil drying and curing is more excellent.
5. An independent over-temperature alarm system is set up, which can cut off the heating power supply and issue sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal.
6. Optional low-voltage lighting system, the door is equipped with an observation window, at any time you can observe the workpiece curing conditions.
7. Adopt sealed electric heating tube heating, anti-oxidation, stable performance, long life.
8. The bottom is paved with rails, and different cart drive methods can be selected according to the weight of the products to be baked.
